- sing confidently, on pitch, with a pleasant tone
- play guitar with a variety of rhythms, styles, patterns while singing
- provide leadership to the worship band
- organize and plan regular rehearsals, encouraging growth and learning
- provide leadership to the congregation
- collaborate with the pastor and other staff
- attend monthly Worship Committee meetings
- weave a coherent blend of music including traditional church music and modern worship music
Personal characteristics include:
- mature personal Christian faith
- ability to articulate how his/her faith guides music choices
- empowers creativity in others
- ability to receive and respond constructively to feedback, both positive and negative
- strong work ethic

Keyboard Concepts / Faust Harrison Pianos Pasadena is hiring for the full-time position of Showroom Administrator. Ideal candidates will speak English and Mandarin, play the piano, and have clear communication when interacting with clients both in person and over the phone.
Primary responsibilities:
Invoicing
Collecting payment
Scheduling deliveries
Managing inventory
Support to sales
Greeting clients
Answering phones
Maintaining a retail ready showroom display
Other various supportive duties that change daily
